“Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgements endureth for ever.” – Psalm 119:160

DOES THE KING JAMES BIBLE have errors? Are the wonderful words of life contained therein but mortal expressions of sinful tongues, imperfect, uninspired, error-laden words of men masquerading as the living words of the living God? Many self-styled “men of God” would have you to believe so, would have you to believe the blessed book of love and hope and help and truth is not divinely inspired, not divinely preserved. But mind them not. The King James Bible is the divinely inspired, divinely preserved word of God, without error, mistake, mistranslation, or flaw. Behold God’s blissful promise to preserve his words unto every generation:
“The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” – Psalm 12:6-7
To the psalmist, the Lord’s words were not mere “reliable translations” derived from “better manuscripts” by “scholarship”, replete with footnotes which cast doubt on its authenticity and accuracy. They were the pure words of a pure God, preserved, not just in their original form, but forever. And, as they are the pure words of a pure God, they are not hindered by the limitations of language which confine manmade literature. Contrariwise, the holy writ “is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12). Nothing can be “lost in translation” from the ancient tongues by which the holy scriptures were originally penned, to English, because the same God who can raise up Jesus Christ from the dead, is more than capable of preserving his words from one language to another.
But let us suppose the Bible corrupters called “scholars” and “textual critics” are right. Consider the corollaries. If God is not able to preserve his word, how can he be depended upon to give eternal life to those who believe on his Son? And if he has not preserved his words, when he explicitly said that he would, he has proven himself a liar, and only a fool would take him seriously. If the King James Bible has even just one mistake, it is unreliable. And if it is unreliable, we may well eat, drink, and be merry, for if in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable (1 Corinthians 15:19).
Ultimately, the issue boils down to who is your final authority, dear reader? Is it God, or man? God says that his law is perfect, that his testimony is sure, that his statutes are right, that his judgements are true and righteous altogether; men say that the scriptures have not been preserved as God promised they would be, but, rather, have been lost to history. God says that he will preserve his words unto every generation; men say that only the original autographs of scripture were inspired, and that their “scholarship” is necessary to possibly reconstruct what they think the original autographs might have resembled. God says that he is true, but every man is a liar (Romans 3:4); men say that God has lied, and they are truthful. Who will you believe?
I ask you, dear reader, is God so feeble that he cannot preserve his words? Why would he even bother giving his words to man, if he was incapable of preserving them beyond their original copies? Do you want to use a Bible inspired and preserved by God himself, whose word is truth (John 17:17), or do you want to use a “Bible” created by unbelieving men who openly confess their contempt for the doctrines of preservation and inspiration which are so near to the heart of God? I pray you choose wisely.
